Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff
  • Follow instructions from the executive or sous chef
  • Clean up station and manage leftover food
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure food is prepared simultaneously, with high quality and in a timely manner
  • Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers
