This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and the development of CDPs and Commis, contributing to the profitability of the kitchen brigade. The role includes organizing and supervising the designated section in line with Hilton International policies and procedures.
This position covers the concerned area of Conrad Singapore Marina Bay.
