A luxury hotel in Singapore is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to supervise kitchen staff and maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation. The role involves training and developing Commis Chefs and ensuring adherence to health and safety policies. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, developing CDPs and Commis, contributing to the kitchen brigade's profitability, and supervising their designated section in line with Hilton policies.
This role covers the area of Conrad Singapore Marina Bay.
Supervise employees including CDPs/Commis Chefs, monitor cleanliness, ensure food quality, control merchandise, and follow safety and hotel policies. Perform additional tasks as delegated.
