Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces).
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff.
- Follow instructions from the executive or sous chef.
- Clean and maintain the station, manage leftover food appropriately.
- Manage inventory levels.
- Ensure timely and high-quality food service.
- Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with colleagues and customers.
