What will you be doing?
As a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen team is fully trained, supported and developed. You will be accountable for driving food quality, controlling costs and delivering a "WOW" guest experience with every dish. Candidates with experience as a Chef de Partie or above are strongly encouraged to apply.
