Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sourcing Support Intern to gain hands-on experience in sourcing and procurement. You will support admin and operational tasks, assist on cross-functional initiatives, and help evolve our Sourcing function across ASKAN.

The role offers exposure to market research, supplier reviews, and project participation, with a focus on delivering results in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Commitment from January to May/June; part-time applicants must commit to at least 3 days per week.
• Knowledge of MS Office; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
• SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
• PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication in English; detail-oriented and reliable.
• Empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sourcing ASKAN team on Source-to-contract processes.
• Develop tools and Excel templates for daily operations.
• Perform market research and supplier analysis for the region.
• Support supplier business reviews and data presentations.
• Prepare sourcing reports and assist in presentational materials.
• Coordinate supplier meetings and site visits.
• Assist with contract management documentation and general admin tasks.
• Contribute to projects targeting 2026 priorities and ASKAN evolution.
