Sourcing Specialist (Indirect Procurement)

They are expanding and are currently in search of a Sourcing Specialist.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support the Global Supply Chain team with contract services procurement, supplier onboarding, and contract execution.
2. Manage the onboarding process for new suppliers and ensure all vendor information is ready for contract issuance.
3. Run RFPs, evaluate bids, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure contract quality and timely approvals for professional services.
4. Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 5 years of indirect sourcing/procurement experience; contract management experience is a plus.
2. Strong project management and commercial skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and details.
3. Proactive, independent, and adaptable to change.
4. Excellent decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. High sense of accountability and professionalism.
