You will be responsible for managing global category strategies, understanding business requirements, maximizing value, and partnering with stakeholders.

• Support Senior Global Category Managers in executing category strategies, spend and market analysis, RFx processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
• Requirements include experience in sourcing and vendor management within Marketing, Meetings & Events, Workplace, and Real Estate categories.
• Strong attention to detail, market research skills, effective communication skills at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify key benchmark suppliers.
• Manage tender evaluations and contracts.
• Develop negotiation strategies, manage violations, and ensure contract compliance.
• Follow supplier strategies and manage the end-to-end tender process.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on business planning.
• Perform supplier audits and develop improvement plans.
• Assist in developing category sourcing plans.
• Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders.
• Lead or support sourcing initiatives for continuous improvement.
