Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute sourcing strategies to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets

  • Work closely with Sales on project quotations and pricing submissions

  • Develop and approve new materials and suppliers

  • Localize key materials (e.g., cables, wires, components) to enhance supply efficiency

  • Evaluate and manage supplier performance for continuous improvement

  • Negotiate supplier contracts and drive cost reduction initiatives

  • Support resolution of supplier issues related to pricing, quality, and delivery

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sourcing plans

  • Manage the full procurement cycle: raise POs, confirm orders, and track deliveries

  • Ensure timely availability of materials to meet production schedules

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory

  • Liaise with suppliers on lead times, shipments, and order fulfillment

  • Review and manage procurement documents such as quotations, invoices, and delivery notes

  • Coordinate with Finance, Planning, and Warehouse for smooth order execution

  • Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management

  • Proficient in ERP systems & Microsoft Office

  • Solid knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, and supplier negotiation

  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

  • Able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, and Finance teams

  • Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Immediate or short-notice availability is a plus
