Responsibilities
Manage new hire onboarding administration process.
Manage all staff movement activities such as transfer, secondment, conversion of employment types, retirement and cessation of employment.
Manage activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers where required.
Administer foreign pass-related matters.
Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems.
Ensure timely storage of employee documents in our electronic personnel file system.
Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to employees and stakeholders.
Any other duties or projects assigned.
