Solutions Sales Director

My client is a global SaaS provider offering compliance and governance solutions to enterprise customers. With a strong footprint across APAC, they help organizations streamline their entity and corporate governance processes.

They are currently hiring aSolutions Sales Director (Entity ManagementBackground) to drive new business across the region. This is a full-time, high-impact role suited for someone with deep knowledge of entity management and a strong sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on new business acquisition.
• Identify and engage senior decision-makers in legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions.
• Understand client needs and position entity management solutions as strategic value-adds.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and product demonstrations.
• Build strong relationships across multiple stakeholders to influence decision-making and shorten sales cycles.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and manage pipeline forecasting and reporting.
• Share feedback with internal teams to enhance go-to-market strategies.

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years of experience sellingentity managementorcorporate secretarial solutions.
• Background withcorporate secretarial firmsor experience as acorporate secretary turned sales professional.
• Strong hunter mentality – proven track record ofnew business developmentin B2B software or services.
• Skilled in managing long sales cycles, complex decision-makers, and enterprise-level accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
