Role Summary

We are looking for a Solution Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and management of our technology and storage solutions portfolio. This role will be pivotal in aligning product strategy with business goals and market needs, driving innovation across our offerings, and ensuring successful product lifecycle management.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to develop market-driven products, define roadmaps, and drive execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management—from concept to commercialization—for Flexxon’s technology and storage solutions.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering to define product specifications and ensure development meets objectives.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and promotional plans.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and maintain product relevance.
• Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Track product performance metrics and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
• Champion the product internally and externally, acting as a subject matter expert and product advocate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in NAND flash or storage solutions.
• Deep understanding of SSD, USB, SD, and MicroSD technologies and market trends.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and supply chain.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
