Responsibilities

Team Introduction: Multimedia middle platform (Video Cloud) is one of the world's leading video platforms, providing media storage, transcoding, and streaming services. We are committed to building the next-generation video processing platform and the largest live broadcast network to serve billions of users worldwide. The Solutions Expert role requires an in-depth understanding of video cloud business architecture, helping internal and external stakeholders deepen product awareness, promote product optimization, and deliver the best solutions aligned with product capabilities.

1. Provide optimized solutions and best practices to customers by leveraging BytePlus video solutions, including Live Streaming, Video-on-Demand, and Real-Time Communications.
2. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to offer presales and technical support globally. Design video cloud proposals based on customer requirements.
3. Understand and relay customer needs and market trends to improve BytePlus video products and services.
4. As an industry expert, stay informed about video industry and technology trends, guiding customers in business decision-making.
5. Ensure technical feasibility of key accounts and benchmark cases, facilitate project implementation, and summarize replicable solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in writing technical documents such as proposals and solutions, with strong documentation skills to clearly express architectural plans.
• Proven project management experience, capable of managing user demands, coordinating complex projects across departments, and establishing service processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of pre-sales or product management experience in designing, implementing, and consulting on video cloud products, including Live Streaming, Video-on-Demand, and Real-Time Communications.
• Strong business communication skills to bridge customers and R&D teams.
• Experience supporting international markets and serving notable clients is preferred.
• Excellent teamwork, professionalism, stress resistance, and rapid learning abilities.
