Job description

Job Summary:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for all product-related matters.
  • Assist sales and marketing teams in promoting product features and solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for regional pre-sales teams and business partners.
  • Contribute to product development and evaluation to ensure differentiation in the market.
  • Support partner enablement initiatives aimed at achieving sales goals and objectives.

Role:

  • Deliver pre-sales technical assistance by proposing appropriate solutions and offering expert support to system integrators, service providers, and end-users.
  • Oversee solution-based project management, coordinating activities between divisions and liaising with HQ project managers and India-based clients.
  • Plan and execute technical workshops (including hands-on training), offer on-site technical assistance, and recommend practical solutions to system integrators.
  • Conduct client visits to present and demonstrate products, gather requirements, and build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Participate in product launches by organizing and leading product training, advising Product Managers on specifications and technology trends, and conducting market research to understand local demands.
  • Create engaging presentation and demonstration materials for corporate and government clients, as well as system integrators, covering both existing and new business products.
  • Possess working knowledge of telecommunications networks, satellite communications, and satellite modems/routers (advantageous).
  • Evaluate competitor products to identify key differentiators and share findings for strategic insights.
  • Support administrative functions such as event coordination, documentation follow-ups, report preparation, and product procurement/supply coordination, contributing to overall sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of Microwave/RF technologies.
  • Familiarity with satellite systems and equipment.
  • Able to travel on short notice for business requirements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-driven, independent, proactive, and results-focused.
