Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Solutions Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge customers with our AI and engineering teams. You will help customers understand how our AI platform can solve their business or research needs.

You will design custom AI solutions, build agents and workflows, and work on system integrations, data sources and third-party tools, while supporting POC, testing and deployment to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Software Engineering, Technical Consulting, Implementation, Pre-sales Engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go or TypeScript.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand their business, technical and research needs.
• Design and build customised AI solutions based on customer requirements.
• Develop simple agents, workflows, prompts and API integrations.
• Integrate customer data sources, databases and third-party tools where required.
• Support POC, testing, deployment and implementation of solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure successful customer delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and AI/Research teams to improve solutions based on feedback.
• Help turn successful POCs into long-term customer deployments.

Solutions Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work closely with enterprise, startup and research customers.

You will act as the technical bridge between customers and our AI/product/engineering teams, helping customers understand how our AI platform can solve their specific business or research needs.

You will have the opportunity to work on custom AI solutions, Agent workflows and system integrations, while gaining hands‑on exposure to the latest AI technologies.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with customers to understand their business, technical and research needs.
• Design and build customised AI solutions based on customer requirements.
• Develop simple Agents, workflows, prompts and API integrations.

• Support POC, testing, deployment and implementation of solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Software Engineering, Technical Consulting, Implementation, Pre-sales Engineering or a similar role.
• Comfortable with at least one programming language such as Python, Go or TypeScript.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases and system integration.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to understand customer requirements.
• Interest in AI, LLMs, AI Agents and emerging technologies.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM / AI applications or Agent development.
• Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with enterprise, startup, university or research customers.
• Experience with cloud platforms, databases or data integration.
• Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor or other AI coding tools.
