Your Impact

We are seeking a senior Solutions Engineer (SE) – AI Infrastructure to join our pre-sales team. As a SE, you will lead the technical sales of solutions across various high-tech verticals and the AI startup community. You will identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions to improve their operations. This role requires a strong understanding of data center technologies, including AI, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

You are energized by the fast-paced IT landscape and the transformative power of AI. You love technology, enjoy solving complex problems, and excel at presenting and translating technical scenarios into simple, understandable messages. You inspire others to innovate using technology and prefer a hands-on approach to demonstrate ideas.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of technical presales experience, preferably with Compute, Storage, and/or Network solutions.
• Good understanding of programming/scripting languages.
• Ability to create detailed documentation for deployment methodologies related to application acceleration, automation, enterprise edge, and AI/ML solutions.
• Excellent presentation skills—capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences on AI and infrastructure topics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree in Data Science is a plus.
• Experience with AI infrastructure, including Networking (InfiniBand, RoCE), Storage (FC, IP, scale-out), and AI accelerators (GPUs).
• Deep understanding of AI models like GPT, Llama, ResNet, etc.
• Experience with data storage, management, and AI/ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jupyter, etc.).
• Experience training and fine-tuning AI models in cloud or on-premises environments.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
