The Graduate Solutions Engineer Program is designed to develop the next generation of engineering leaders for smart buildings, data centers, and mission-critical infrastructure. Through a structured rotational program, participants will build deep technical expertise across multiple engineering disciplines while gaining practical experience in energy efficiency, digital technologies, controls, HVAC systems, and mission-critical environments.
During the 18-month rotational program, you will work alongside experienced engineers and subject matter experts, gaining hands‑on experience across electrical, mechanical, controls, and digital domains. The program is designed to strengthen core engineering fundamentals, cultivate multidisciplinary problem‑solving capabilities, and equip participants with the skills to design and deliver integrated solutions for increasingly complex customer challenges.
