Solutions Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

1. Implement and support software solutions & applications, including installation, configuration, and implementation of software solutions.
2. Provide training to customers.
3. Provide post-implementation support to customers.

Requirements & Expectations

1. Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science & Technology, or equivalent.
2. Preferably have 2-3 years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise software solutions, especially with end clients.
3. Experience in the following will be advantageous:
   • SQL scripting
   • .NET programming
   • MS Power Automate
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Comfortable interacting with and managing clients.
6. Fluent in spoken and written English.
