Job description

Solution Design & Architecture

· Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to define requirements for AI-driven automation and ECM initiatives.

· Architect scalable, secure, and modular solutions that integrate ECM platforms, AI/ML services, and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, data lakes).

· Evaluate and recommend Generative AI models (LLMs, NLP engines) for content classification, summarization, translation, and conversational interfaces.

· Design enterprise content lifecycles including capture, indexing, retrieval, retention, and compliance workflows.

Implementation & Delivery

● Oversee and guide technical teams in solution development, integration, and deployment.

● Lead the end-to-end implementation of automation, BPM, ECM, IDP, and Generative AI projects, working closely with developers, QA, and operations to ensure smooth delivery.

● Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot projects to validate solution feasibility and value.

● Work closely with RPA developers, BPM specialists, and data scientists to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.

● Ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data platforms, etc.).

Governance & Best Practices

· Define enterprise architecture standards for AI and ECM adoption, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

· Establish governance frameworks for AI model lifecycle management, content classification taxonomies, and metadata standards.

· Promote reusable automation components and enterprise-grade content management patterns.

Innovation & Emerging Technology

· Continuously scan the market for emerging AI, ECM, and automation technologies.

· Identify innovative use cases—such as generative AI-driven knowledge search or automated contract analysis—to deliver measurable business value.

· Champion digital transformation initiatives that drive adoption of AI and ECM across the organization.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).

● 7+ years in solution architecture with focus on ECM, AI/ML, and process automation.

● Proven expertise with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), BPM solutions (Pega, Appian, Camunda), and ECM platforms (OpenText, Documentum, SharePoint, Box).

● Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, natural language processing, vector search, and knowledge graphs.

● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API-first integration strategies.

● Track record in delivering content-centric AI applications at enterprise scale.
