Our client is a leading telecommunications provider offering a comprehensive suite of advanced wireless and network solutions to businesses across industries. Currently, they are looking for an experienced Solution Sales Manager to drive strategic sales and develop customized wireless offerings for clients. The Wireless Solution Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and closing wireless communication opportunities across enterprise and government sectors. This includes mobile connectivity, private wireless networks (5G/4G), IoT solutions, and managed services. You will collaborate with technical and product teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements and accelerate their digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development for wireless solutions, targeting enterprise clients across multiple industries (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, utilities, smart cities).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare pricing, ROI models, and solution architecture tailored to client needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying their business challenges and proposing relevant wireless and connectivity solutions.
  • Work closely with technical presales and product teams to customize solutions including private LTE/5G, fixed wireless access, IoT, and network-as-a-service offerings.
  • Present solutions to senior decision-makers and stakeholders, delivering compelling value propositions and business cases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise accounts and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify business opportunities and improve positioning.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to ensure offerings align with customer demand.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within wireless or telecom solution sales.
  • Proven track record in selling wireless communication technologies such as private 5G/LTE, mobile broadband, FWA, or IoT.
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, network architecture, and digital transformation use cases.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
