Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Technical Support:
- Provide expert technical support to client service teams during the pre-sales phase, ensuring alignment with customer needs and objectives.
- Analyze tender and client specifications to manage plans for multiple solution workstreams effectively.
Solution Design and Delivery:
- Drive and uphold the conceptual integrity of solution designs to meet clients’ business objectives, creating unique value propositions.
- Coordinate and prepare solution deliverables, including cost estimates, risk assessments, and proposals, in alignment with internal governance and review processes.
- Ensure solution architecture and designs are agreed upon with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating closely with practice teams to develop viable solutions.
Strategic Advisory and Thought Leadership:
- Maintain a clear and objective viewpoint to provide thought leadership and strategic advice on technical value and solutions to senior leaders and clients.
- Develop and refine solution patterns for typical and recurring challenges.
Quality Assurance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and quality expectations throughout the solution development and delivery process.
- Act as an expert resource to support project interventions where solution quality or progress is at risk.
Business Development and Customer Engagement:
- Undertake customer business objectives, improving market share and achieving business indicators while building and maintaining cooperative ecosystems around customers to support organizational objectives.
- Lead market insight initiatives to formulate comprehensive plans, including sales, ecological, and marketing strategies for customer development, and ensure their effective execution.
- Utilize familiarity with local IT sales channels to enhance strategic planning and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- With over 5 years of experience in IT sales, adept at effectively communicating with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored product and solution information.
- Well-versed in key industries such as Internet, manufacturing, operators, public government, finance, and others, possessing established relationships and partnerships with industry-leading customers.
- Proficient in customer relationship management, project operations, business negotiation, and other essential skills to drive project success and foster long-term client relationships.
- Familiar with specifications and models of server products, equipped with extensive server sales experience, and knowledgeable about channel sales models. Skilled in providing customized product solutions and facilitating engagements with customers and partners.
- Highly advantageous to have experience as a pre-sales manager within a system integration company, adding valuable insights and expertise to the role.
