Responsibilities (Text Only)
As the Solutions Play GTM Leader, responsibilities include:
- Growth Strategy & Business Performance: Own execution of Cloud & AI Platforms (CAIP) solution plays to drive Data Platforms ACR performance in partnership with Activation GTM Managers. Responsible for new pipeline creation, addressing pipeline gaps by OU/segment, and accountable for performance of CAIP programs such as Azure Accelerate.
- Sales Activation: Partner with Activation GTM Managers to drive local solution play activation to win customers across CAIP solution plays, including X-CSA plays like Agentic. Resolve blockers and influence strategic improvements through field feedback loops. Collaborate closely to deliver field readiness, skilling, and share insights on customer wins/losses, trends, and partner feedback.
- Demand Generation: Align and execute CAIP marketing plans with IMMs, Activation GTM Managers, and Partners. Drive signal conversion to accelerate pipeline and customer targeting events. Contribute content and shape agendas to emphasize CAIP priorities.
- Product Leadership: Demonstrate thought leadership externally with customers and partners, and internally within Microsoft. Advocate for Azure and CAIP solutions, and provide feedback to shape product strategy, roadmap, and industry insights.
- MACC + Unified Stewardship: Lead MACC initiatives by expanding workload scope and improving MACC penetration, collaborating with Activation GTM Managers.
- Operational Excellence: Work with Sales Excellence and Operations to promote sales discipline, pipeline growth, and use of programs/tools. Ensure a connected business health view through collaborations like VSU, IAP, etc.
Cross-Solution Plays Programs Leadership
- MACC and Majors GTM: Drive MACC and Unified penetration, especially in Majors, and embed operational rigor via enablement and rhythms governance across regions.
- Programs and Initiatives: Oversee CAIP program performance, enablement, and ROI, including Azure Accelerate. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate top-of-funnel opportunities.
- Strategy & Operations GTM: Manage Asia-wide GTM governance, lead ROB preparations, and oversee Azure asks. Lead strategic projects and growth initiatives, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
