A global network and digital integrator in Singapore is seeking a UC BDM and architect responsible for developing and growing revenues from UCC products within the APAC region. As UC BDM and architect, you are in charge of finding, developing, and growing Orange UCCorder/revenues from International multinational and regional customers. Your main focus is to increase in-region order/revenues with our UCC products portfolio. The activity consists of developing new business opportunities by working closely with Orange account teams, key partners and Orange global product team on existing and new customers.
The prime perimeter is the APAC region and you will help manage or prospect targeted accounts throughout the whole sales lifecycle, particularly around business/technical champion/leadership. You will be the SPOC for the Business Unit towards the Account Teams and commercial management.
Key Accountabilities:
Technical, consultative selling and solution design that meet the business and technical requirements of Orange Business Services Customers in Asia-Pacific.Manage and achieve regional UCC order and revenue ambitions with major account level PnLBuild and develop relationships senior-level engageement in UCC solution and collaboration technologies, self-directed, to engage with customers in understanding their environment, capable of delivering technical expertise to close sales opportunities and to deliver a final solution design.Attends and leads sales calls with relevant customer to technically qualify and analyze Microsoft opportunities solution.Provide UCC technical expertise to support the pre-sales team and global product team, especially in facilitating requirements specifications, overall solution design and presentations to clients.Coordinate and qualify 3rd party vendors to deliver high-quality solution meeting customers’ technical requirements, and long term business development activity with partnersBe responsible and act as a supporting role for UC/Voice deployment in Asia-Pacific, including High Level Design and Low Level Design of the solution, in coordination with the Project Teams.
Skill Profile:
individual must possess strong interpersonal, business and technology skills that enable them to engage at the CIO/CTO and Director/Manager levels, and industry analyst or eventsStrong communication skills; ability to present and conduct workshop to small/medium groupsStrong documentation and commercials skills in supporting large RFP responseProven design, planning and implementation experience with principal partners in UCC and Voice regional or global deployments.Pre-sales, and ideally post-sales, knowledge of Outsourcing and/or complex Integration Projects Records of business development management in UC spaceUnderstanding of SIP Trunking, VOIP, security, and cloud, Ciscos UCM/Webex and Microsoft Active Directory, Azure and Microsoft Office 365 suite, Teams/DirectRouting, or Zoom.Experience with third party voice gateways required (Cisco, Audiocodes or RibbonsA relevant Degree with at least 10 or more years of hands on technical experience in network/telecommunications environment, CCIE or relevant partner certification (MVP, MCSE), alternate vendor certifications preferred.Experience in conducting network/voice and related consulting engagementExperience in deploying large scale workspace and security solutions
