Responsible for overseeing and maintaining various systems to ensure efficient and reliable operations. The role involves implementing smart technologies, enhancing student experiences, and providing operational support.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining automation systems, deploying IoT sensors, and analyzing data from building systems to identify areas for optimization. Additionally, the position involves contributing to the development of AI-powered student services, collecting and interpreting data related to building performance and student behavior, and generating reports for stakeholders.

The role also includes researching and integrating emerging technologies, providing technical support and training, and developing strategies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Specific Responsibilities

Systems Automation

• Monitor and maintain automation systems to ensure efficient and reliable operations

• Identify potential areas for automation and develop automated systems.

Smart Building Implementation:

• Implement smart technologies to new developments and enhancement projects.

• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IoT sensors for energy management, security, and environmental control.

• Monitor and analyze data from building systems to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

Student Experience Enhancement:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of AI-powered student services, such as chatbots and personalized recommendation systems.

• Analyze student feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improving student satisfaction.

• Maintain student facing mobile applications.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to building performance, student behavior, and operational efficiency.

• Generate reports and visualizations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Analyze data to extract insights, develop predictive models, and support decision-making.

Systems Integration:

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to smart buildings and student services.

• Assist in the integration of new technologies into existing systems.

• Integrate various platforms and systems to ensure seamless operations and data flow across the organization.

Operational Support:

• Aid in resolving technical issues related to smart building systems and student-facing technology.

• Provide technical support and training to staff and students as needed

• Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

AI Technology & Integration:

• Evaluate AI technologies and tools for potential application within the organization.

• Integrate AI technologies and various platforms to enhance system performance and reliability.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.

• Experience in automation systems, smart building technologies, or a related field. Experience in managing student accommodation or similar environments is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Proficiency in automation systems, IoT technologies, AI-powered services, and data analysis tools. Familiarity with smart building technologies and systems integration is essential.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, develop predictive models, and support decision-making.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, staff, and students. Ability to generate clear and concise reports and visualizations.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Ability to provide technical support and training to staff and students, and resolve technical issues related to smart building systems and student-facing technology.

• Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into existing systems to enhance performance and reliability.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Have leadership quality, dynamic, self-motivated, resourceful in problem solving and able to work under pressure
