Solution Architect Stibo STEP (Business or Technical)

• We're Hiring: Solution Architect Stibo STEP (Business or Technical)
• Location: India (Remote)
• Nexer Data Management is growing fast and we're looking for experienced Solution Architects who can lead from the front in designing impactful, scalable MDM/PIM solutions using Stibo STEP.
• This is a strategic, client-facing role where you'll work closely with global teams across North America, Europe, and India, helping some of the world's most data-driven organizations turn data into competitive advantage.

What You'll Do

1. Design and drive end-to-end Stibo STEP implementations, from data models to workflows and integrations.
2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define architecture blueprints aligned to business needs.
3. Guide technical teams across geographies to deliver scalable, best-practice solutions.
4. Participate in client workshops, solutioning sessions, and high-level architecture reviews.
5. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, governance, and capability building across teams.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of overall experience, with deep expertise in Stibo STEP (Business or Technical architecture).
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into robust data solutions.
• Strong grasp of data governance, data modelling, workflows, and integration design.
• Experience working in agile and distributed environments across multiple time zones.
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with technical teams and C-level stakeholders.
• Bonus: Exposure to PIM/MDM strategy consulting, data quality frameworks, or custom STEP extensions.
