  3. Define detailed product specifications to ensure that solutions meet both operational efficiency and client-specific requirements.

Customer Engagement and Requirements Gathering

  2. Conduct solution presentations, technical workshops, and demonstrations to communicate the value of proposed solutions to customers effectively.
  3. Develop comprehensive documentation, proposals, and customer-facing materials that clearly convey the solution architecture and associated benefits.

Integration and Implementation

  2. Configure and integrate new solutions with onboard IT systems, network connectivity, and customer shore-side infrastructure.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during integration, collaborating across functions to ensure the final solution meets quality and performance standards.

Technical Leadership and Collaboration

  1. Stay updated on advancements in satellite communications, IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and maritime connectivity technologies and regulations.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert in system integration, IT network design, and connectivity solutions, providing guidance, training, and documentation for engineering and support teams.

Requirements:
