Ambition Singapore is looking for an experienced HR technology consultant to lead enterprise HR transformation programs. You will drive solution design across multiple HRIS modules and partner with senior HR leaders to shape transformation roadmaps.

The role requires deep expertise in HR systems, cross-platform integrations, and a track record of delivering complex HR programs from design to delivery. Pre-sales and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.
• At least 8 years in HR technology consulting, HRIS implementation, or digital HR transformation.
• Strong expertise in enterprise HR systems, solution architecture, and cross-platform integrations.
• Proven experience leading complex HR transformation projects from design to delivery.
• Demonstrated success in pre-sales, client advisory, and end-to-end solution ownership.
• Ability to engage senior executives and influence decisions.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience building teams and contributing to practice growth.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required.

Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for enterprise HR technology programs, ensuring alignment across multiple HRIS modules and integrated systems.
• Partner with HR leaders and executive stakeholders to define HR transformation strategies, optimize business processes, and drive technology adoption.
• Support business development efforts through solution design, client presentations, workshops, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Provide oversight across project delivery, ensuring scope, quality, risk, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.
• Design integration strategies between HR platforms and broader enterprise applications.
• Contribute to the growth of the consulting practice by developing methodologies, best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets.
• Mentor and coach consulting teams, promoting capability development, knowledge sharing, and leadership growth.

• At least 8 years of experience in HR Technology consulting, HRIS implementation, or digital HR transformation.
• Strong expertise in enterprise HR systems, solution architecture, and cross-platform integrations.
• Proven experience leading complex HR transformation projects from solution design through delivery.
• Demonstrated success in pre-sales, client advisory, and end-to-end solution ownership.
• Ability to confidently engage senior executives and influence key business decisions.
