Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior HR technology consultant to lead enterprise-scale HRIS architectures and transformations.

You will partner with HR leaders and senior stakeholders to define strategies, optimize processes, and drive technology adoption across multiple HR platforms. The role requires 8+ years in HR technology consulting, hands-on solution design, and a track record in pre-sales and end-to-end ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in HR technology consulting, HRIS implementation or digital HR transformation.
• Proven experience leading complex HR transformation projects from design to delivery.
• Experience engaging senior executives and influencing key decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for enterprise HR technology programs across HRIS modules.
• Partner with HR leaders and execs to define HR transformation strategies and drive adoption.
• Support business development with solution design, client workshops, and proposals.
• Oversee project delivery, manage scope, risk, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts through solution design, client presentations, workshops, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Provide oversight across project delivery, ensuring scope, quality, risk, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.
• Design integration strategies between HR platforms and broader enterprise applications.
• Contribute to the growth of the consulting practice by developing methodologies, best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets.
• Mentor and coach consulting teams, promoting capability development, knowledge sharing, and leadership growth.

Requirements
