Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks and quality engineering solutions for enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both QA strategy and automation architecture, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and engaging with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution across web and API-based applications.
• Architect and implement automation frameworks using tools such as TOSCA, Selenium, Robot Framework, and Playwright.
• Design scalable and maintainable automation solutions integrated with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab).
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Drive API automation testing using tools like Postman and TOSCA Web Services, with exposure to platforms like T24 Open Financial Services.
• Provide consultation and advisory services on test architecture and tooling best practices to internal teams and external clients.
• Lead and mentor QA teams, both onshore and offshore, ensuring alignment with Agile practices.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases and act as the liaison between QA, business users, and developers.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and quality standards in financial or government environments.
• Monitor test effectiveness and coverage, continuously improving processes, and ensuring delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, and architecture.
• Proven experience as a Test Manager, QA Lead, or Automation Architect in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Expertise in tools like TOSCA, Selenium, Cucumber BDD, Appium, Postman, Playwright, and HP ALM.
• Solid experience in API/Web Services testing, automation of UI and backend systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello.
• Strong knowledge of test lifecycle management, defect triage, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
