We are seeking an experienced .Net Solution Architect to join our team on an initial 12-month contract, with the potential for extension based on performance. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

You must have expertise in designing enterprise-level solutions using the .NET technology stack, with strong leadership in architectural strategy, deep Azure/cloud expertise, and a solid grasp of DevOps best practices.

Overview:
You will lead the design and delivery of large-scale enterprise solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in .NET technologies and a proven track record of shaping architecture strategies that align with business goals. You will play a critical role in driving technical excellence, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end architectural solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET, microservices, and Azure cloud technologies.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, principles, and best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment with business objectives.
• Lead initiatives in cloud adoption, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps automation.
• Ensure that solutions adhere to key quality attributes such as security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge sharing across development teams.
• Promote Agile and Lean delivery practices, with a strong focus on DevOps and continuous delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and microservices.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services and modern DevOps toolchains (CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code).
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and enterprise integration strategies.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and elevate overall technical capability.
• Experience working in Agile/Lean environments.
