About the Role

As a Solution Architect in our Data & AI Centre of Excellence, you will be the primary technical interface for our customers. Your responsibilities will include presales activities, project delivery, and maintaining professional relationships with clients. You will leverage your expertise to meet customer needs and resolve impediments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support international sales teams in acquiring Traditional AI and Generative AI projects.
2. Lead technical discussions with customers to identify needs and craft technical proposals.
3. Lead RFPs, RFIs, and POCs, managing the process and collaboration across stakeholders.
4. Convert POCs into contracts.
5. Lead large NLP projects in alignment with the Head of Delivery.
6. Identify opportunities to develop NLP IP and foster innovation within the company.

Required Competencies

• Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning, especially Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience in engineering and software architecture design.
• Proven expertise in business analysis and delivering effective solutions.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure Data & AI Services.
