Solution Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in VMWare, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), Kubernetes, and Cloud Services on AWS and Azure. This role demands a combination of deep technical knowledge, solution design skills, and the ability to align technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions leveraging VMWare, HCI, and Kubernetes.
• Design and implement hybrid cloud strategies across AWS and Azure, ensuring integration, automation, and cost optimization.
• Lead client discussions to gather requirements, define architecture blueprints, and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation pipelines for consistent cloud and on-prem deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to drive implementation and ensure architectural integrity.
• Stay up to date on emerging cloud and infrastructure technologies, advising on improvements and innovation.
• Support pre-sales efforts, including technical presentations and proposal development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in architecting solutions with VMWare and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) platforms.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Management Platforms, automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for orchestration in hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of AWS and Azure services, architectures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical solutions clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Nutanix is a significant plus.
• Cloud and Infrastructure certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Architect, VMWare, CKA) are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies.
• Passion for continuous learning and mentoring others.
