Responsibilities

1. Ability to architect solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end business application solutions
2. Provide consultation and advice to clients during pre-sales meetings
3. Direct efforts to defining technical, operational, and user requirements
4. Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues
5. Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions
6. Ensure project quality meets standards through KPI identification and testing plan
7. Own partnership with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction, and solution delivery

Requirements

1. At least 5 years of working experience in IT as Solutions Architect in CRM space
2. Knowledge and experience of Enterprise Application Integration and Architecture patterns
3. Strong experience in .NET technology stacks for enterprise web application development coupled with a strong experience in Database Modelling Design and Implementation.
4. Extensive experience with CRM or another business management software
5. Experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, Microsoft SQL, HTML, Microsoft ASP, Microsoft .Net, etc.
6. Basic understanding of relational database concepts desired
