Job summary

A leading company in the drilling industry seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect in Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Salesforce, lead technical delivery, and ensure best practices in solution design. This role entails working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system architectures, guiding development teams, and overseeing integration and data migration activities.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design Salesforce solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system architecture.
• Lead and mentor development teams through solution design, development, and deployment.
• Oversee technical delivery, including integration, data migration, and custom development.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development and deployment best practices.
• Review and approve technical designs, solution architecture, and system configurations.
• Support UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live activities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including at least 2 years as a Solution Architect.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) are highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi) and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience working with clients in Singapore or the APAC region is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
• Knowledge of industry-specific Salesforce solutions, such as Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Education Cloud.
