Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect and Delivery Lead to drive solution architecture, migrations from legacy platforms, and enterprise security.

You will shape platform strategy and align with IT goals while guiding delivery teams. You will own migration strategies, implement AI features like Now Assist, ensure integration with SAP, Workday, Oracle, and manage vendor reviews, governance and quality, acting as Scrum Master to accelerate value

Qualifications

• Strong experience in ServiceNow solution architecture, administration and enterprise environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow migration and legacy system modernisation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, Agentic AI or AI Agent Studio.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, platform security and access controls.
• Experience in vendor management, technical reviews and quality assurance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow & Architecture: lead solution architecture and migrate from legacy platforms.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop migration strategies.
• Design and manage Performance Analytics and Predictive Intelligence.
• Provide enterprise architecture guidance and ensure IT strategy alignment.
• optimise ServiceNow access controls, licensing and security.
• Act as Scrum Master for ServiceNow delivery teams; facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Manage and prioritise product backlogs with Product Owners.
• Track Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Architect and implement AI capabilities, including Now Assist and AI Agent Studio.
• Explore integrations with SAP, Workday, Microsoft Copilot, Oracle, Coupa and Ivalua.
• Support migration to ServiceNow Protected Platform (SPP).
• Governance & Vendor Management: provide technical oversight and QA for vendor deliverables.

• ServiceNow & Architecture
• Lead ServiceNow solution architecture and migration from legacy platforms such as SharePoint and Nintex K2
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and develop migration strategies
• Design and manage Performance Analytics and Predictive Intelligence
• Provide enterprise architecture guidance and ensure alignment with IT strategy
• Optimise ServiceNow access controls, licensing and security
• Agile & Scrum
• Act as Scrum Master for ServiceNow delivery teams
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives

Requirements
