Job Summary

Seeking a Solution Architect to evaluate current systems, define architectural standards, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs and government policies. The role includes managing technology refreshes and guiding vendors through system implementation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing architecture and recommend improvements or new solutions.
• Lead technology refresh initiatives, including product evaluation and implementation.
• Define technical standards and best practices for system design and development.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business and EA objectives.
• Provide technical guidance to vendors and internal teams during delivery and deployment.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and compliance with DR/BCP requirements.
Evaluate new technologies and share knowledge with internal teams

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software or Solution Architect.
• Proven experience designing large-scale systems (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid).
• Knowledge of architecture principles, design patterns, and infrastructure planning.
• Familiar with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
• Certifications in architecture or relevant technologies preferred.
• Advantageous: Experience in DR/BCP, middleware, server/network/storage setups, or cloud platforms.
