What you’ll do:

• Serve as a trusted technical consultant to enterprise customers, guiding them through solution design, implementation, and best practices for cloud-based big data platforms.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure business needs are translated into effective technical solutions.
• Build reusable solution references and develop deep technical expertise in distributed computing, data lakes, and AI-enhanced analytics.
• Deliver training, workshops, and technical talks to upskill partners and customers, sharing insights and promoting platform adoption.
• Travel within the APAC region (up to one-third of the time) to support key customer engagements and maintain high customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:

• Background in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, with practical experience in big data, cloud platforms, or distributed systems.
• Proficient with one or more big data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, ClickHouse, Hadoop, or Spark; familiarity with databases is a plus.
• Comfortable writing production-level code, especially in performance-sensitive or large-scale systems.
• Solid understanding of data engineering and architecture for analytics, including data lakehouse frameworks.
