Responsibilities

Create and manage WMS project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: Requirement, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.

• Support country’s potential RFQ/RFI, work closely with IT Customer Solutions to provide viable, strategic business solutions to support growth agenda.
• Drive and govern full IT implementations for country using DHL strategic solutions.
• Promote innovation initiatives through IT implementations and continue to drive improvement for existing operations.
• Apply IT Project Management methodology (DePICT) to IT Project activities ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget and timelines.

Functionality Enhancements:

• Requirement gathering and solution design
• Business solution document
• WMS (BY, Manhattan) system setup & configuration
• WMS interface development / interface specification, integrator development and custom reports and labels
• Report development (Jasper report and Page builder)
• Train end users
• Solution deployment/data migration

Support:

• Provide solution and support operation requests or incidents
• Day-to-day operational support
• Support changes requested by business
• Develop change specification document
• WMS system configuration as per change request
• Mass update of master and transaction data
• Update work instructions - Knowledge Base
• Coordinate and manage existing IT Knowledge Base
• Work with application support team to update Knowledge Base

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in IT solution analysis, implementation and ongoing support
• Preferred completion of 2-3 full cycle WMS implementation experience
• Strong WMS (BY / Manhattan) implementation experience
• Experience with Jasper Reports, Page Builder, ORACLE and label development
• Good understanding of warehouse operational processes and strong analytical skills
• Commercial awareness and effective communication skills / interpersonal understanding
• Ability to influence and negotiate, customer-oriented
• Drive to achieve and is a self-starter
