Job description

~ 5 days work week, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

~ Location: Tanjong Pagar

~ To support commercial project

~ No experience are welcome to apply! Training will be provided

~ 6 months contract and convertible to permanent based on performance

Our client is a solar energy solution provider in Singapore

Objectives:

Responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are completed successfully within established timelines and budgets.They act as a bridge between different stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordinating tasks to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Assisting in the development of project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

  • Coordination: Organizing project activities, facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth workflow.

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and reporting on project status to relevant parties.

  • Resource Management: Helping manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and materials.

  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining project documentation, such as meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.

  • Stakeholder Management: Engaging with stakeholders, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met.

  • Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, working with the team to find solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Project Management Skills: Understanding of project management methodologies, planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized project documentation.
