A leading solar energy solution provider in Singapore is seeking project support personnel for a 6-month contract position that may convert to permanent. Responsibilities include project planning, coordination, monitoring, and stakeholder management, with training provided for individuals with no prior experience.
~ 5 days work week, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Objectives:
Responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are completed successfully within established timelines and budgets.They act as a bridge between different stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordinating tasks to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Assisting in the development of project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Coordination: Organizing project activities, facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth workflow.
Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and reporting on project status to relevant parties.
Resource Management: Helping manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and materials.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining project documentation, such as meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
Stakeholder Management: Engaging with stakeholders, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met.
Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, working with the team to find solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Project Management Skills: Understanding of project management methodologies, planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized project documentation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for project management and documentation.
