Job summary

REC Group is seeking an Equipment Engineer to support maintenance and continuous improvement in our Modules manufacturing plant. You will own equipment reliability, drive improvements in uptime and throughput, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production efficiency and safety.

The role requires a degree in engineering and a proactive mindset; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Solar manufacturing experience is a plus, with opportunities to lead PM and TPM

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering.
Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
Working experience in Solar or related manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the performance and reliability of assigned equipment, improving Quality, Uptime and OEE.
Plan and optimize PM, PDM and TPM activities.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.

Education
