Job description

We are seeking an experiencedSoftware Test Leadto oversee the development and implementation of the company’s testing strategy across our product ecosystem. You will lead the testing team, establish an efficient testing framework, ensure product delivery quality, and drive a culture of quality awareness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimizeend-to-end testing processesand quality assurance systems, including functional, performance, security, and stability testing.

• Develop and executetest strategiesfor critical projects, monitor quality metrics, and proactively identify risks and improvements.

• Leadteam building, training, and talent developmentto cultivate mid-to-senior-level testing professionals.

• Drivetest automation, testing platforms, and toolingto improve testing efficiency and coverage.

• Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Development, Operations) to enhanceend-to-end delivery quality.

• Participate inearly-stage requirement reviews and architecture assessmentsto ensure quality objectives are embedded from the start.

• Report regularly to senior management ontesting status, risk assessments, and improvement plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher inComputer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields (preferred).

• Deep understanding ofSoftware Testing Life Cycle (STLC), defect lifecycle, Agile testing, and DevOps testing strategies.

• Proficient in mainstream testing technologies, includingautomation, performance, security, API, and mobile testing (Web/App/Mini Programs).

• Experience in testinglarge-scale, complex systems and multi-platform products.

• Strongleadership, team management, communication, and project execution skills.

• Quality-driven mindsetwith expertise inrisk identification and process control.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience insuccessfully building automation frameworks or testing platforms.

• ISTQB Advanced Certification or PMP certification (a plus).
