Job summary

Beyondsoft is seeking a Software Test Engineer to ensure quality delivery for client IT products. The role is based at the client’s site (Tuas) with cross-functional collaboration to design, execute, and manage end-to-end testing solutions.

Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, 1 year of testing experience, and fluency in English. Retail IT experience is highly advantageous. Traffic and workspace details are not specified.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of software testing or QA experience.
• Retail IT experience is highly advantageous.
• Good understanding of STLC and SDLC.
• Fluent in English to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements to evaluate feasibility within time and cost constraints.
• Formulate test strategies, designs, and test plans for high-quality delivery.
• Design, write, and execute test cases across functional and non-functional testing.
• Identify, document, track, and manage bugs to resolution with reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirement clarification, scope estimation, and sizing.
