Thermo Fisher Scientific in Singapore is seeking a Software Test Engineer II to join a cross‑functional team developing and validating advanced software for analytical instruments. You’ll design and execute automated tests to ensure reliability of mass spectrometers, microscopes, and related systems.

You will collaborate with developers and scientists, write clear test plans and documentation, and contribute to quality controls across the software lifecycle in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Qualificações

• Advanced degree or Bachelor's with 2 years in software testing, focusing on automated testing.
• Preferred fields: Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Bioinformatics, or related field.
• ISTQB certification preferred, particularly Test Automation Engineer certification.
• Strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (TestComplete, Selenium, Robot Framework, or similar).
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
• Programming skills in Python, C#, JavaScript, Java.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies.
• Experience with API testing and test management systems.
• Ability to write clear test plans, cases, and documentation.
