  • Providing post-implementation support to customers

· Requirements & Expectations

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced /Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent
  • Preferably with 2-3 years experience in implementing and supporting enterprise software solutions, especially with end client
  • Experience in the following will be advantageous
  • Programming with the following
  • SQL scripting
  • .NET programming
  • MS Power Automate
  • Candidates are expected to be able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Must be comfortable interacting and managing clients
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
