Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective strategies to identify and attract potential clients through various channels, including but not limited to digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and SEO.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify target industries and key decision-makers requiring customized software solutions.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging materials that resonate with potential clients and drive interest in our services.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, adjusting tactics based on performance metrics.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with new leads, ensuring accurate data for effective follow-up and conversion tracking.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and provide insights to refine lead generation strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and lead quality, reporting on key metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or a similar role within the IT or software industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and content creation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle is a plus.
Required Personal Experience, Abilities, and Skills:
- Sales track record in relevant industry.
- Singaporeans only.
- Expected Start Date: ASAP.
- Commission is applicable on top of basic salary.
