Job Summary:

Software Sales Manager (HRM/ Finance System)

Permanent role

Basic salary up to $5,000 + Grab transport reimbursement + commission

Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Location: Bendemeer

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing software sales team.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  7. Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
  8. Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure their success.

Additional Information:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales, with proven leadership experience.
  2. Strong understanding of software products, services, and industry trends.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  5. Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships.
