Job summary

Activate in Singapore is seeking a Software Quality Engineer for a Co‑Development Business Unit. The role is a fixed-term contract from Sep 2026 to Feb 2028, based in Singapore Government Agencies, with an internal code A26246.

You will manage IT operations, testing, and post-launch health monitoring, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance and quality across mobile and web platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in building digital products.
• Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.
• End-to-end experience with a product team to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication including documentation and minutes.

Software Quality Engineer – Co‑Development Business Unit

This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is Sep 2026 – Feb 2028. You will work in Singapore Government Agencies.

What will you do?

Requirements

• Experience in building digital products.
• Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.
• End-to-end experience working with a product team to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute-taking, and technical writing.
• Highly meticulous and tenacious, with the ability to follow through on tasks to closure.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, and to prioritise effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
• A degree or diploma in computer science, product management, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in application design and development using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
• Experience with platforms such as Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is a plus.
