SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role at the one-stop service will require you to:

1. Facilitate and lead the implementation of Software Development Lifecycle processes by working closely with the SW team, providing inputs for Software DFX, and ensuring adherence to the established QMS.

2. Establish and execute a Software Quality Audit plan and schedule for all key software development projects.

3. Conduct software audits on time, and communicate and report process and product issues, including severity and impact on product quality and project delivery.

4. Establish and automate data collection mechanisms, collate data, monitor and report metrics, and perform causal analysis using tools such as Azure DevOps, Azure Data Analytics, Power BI, Power Automate, Smartsheets, and E datalogger.

5. Ensure all reported defects from the development process, including those from software audits, are logged, analyzed for root cause, and addressed with effective actions and closure in coordination with SW teams, customers, and stakeholders.

6. Participate in cross-functional teams for root cause analysis of critical internal or customer-reported defects, using statistical analysis to clarify issues, ensure timely resolution, and implement preventive measures where applicable.

7. Drive process improvement initiatives within the Software Organization.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of related Software Quality Management experience.

• Be familiar with C++, C#, .NET, Object-Oriented Programming, and SQL Scripts.

• Have strong fundamentals in Software development and industry best practices.

• Be familiar with Agile Scrum and other process models.

• Have experience with MS Excel, MS Azure DevOps, Office 365, Power Automate, Smartsheets, and SharePoint.

• Possess experience with Data Analytics and Visualization tools like MS Power BI, Azure IoT Hub, Stream Analytics, and PostgreSQL.

• Be a self-starter, effective communicator, and team player.

• Be able to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
