Job summary

Beyondsoft Consulting (Singapore) Pte. Ltd is hiring a hardware reliability tester to set up qualification plans for new products and manage mass-production reliability programs.

You will perform life data analysis and accelerated life testing, collaborate with engineering teams to boost quality, and coordinate with third-party labs to support testing activities. The role involves manual testing and some automation, plus building dashboards to track trends using data analytics tools such as

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Mechanical, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience as a general software tester.
• Firmware testing experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run design qualification plans for new hardware products.
• Manage the reliability assessment program for products in mass production.
• Perform failure analysis using life data analysis and accelerated life testing techniques.
• Work with remote quality teams to ensure shipped products meet standards.
• Perform manual testing (functional, environmental, stress) with automation where useful.
• Build dashboards and use data analytics to track reliability and quality trends.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product quality and reliability.
• Coordinate with third party test labs for test support including site visits.
