Job summary

DCS Synthesis Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end software development initiatives, from planning through deployment.

You will collaborate with software developers, define timelines, monitor deliverables, and ensure alignment with objectives. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and willingness to travel as needed, with PMP certification considered a bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing software development projects.
• Needs strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel and work long hours when required.
• PMP Certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.
• Work closely with Software Developers and set project timeline and monitor closely on the project deliverables.
• Constantly update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
• Manage expectations and conflict resolution among project stakeholders, steering committee, project team, and any other relevant parties.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Oversee and manage project team to ensure all projects completed successfully and adheres to the deadlines.
• Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
• Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
• Delivers completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.
